So today you have hit 30’s and you started seeing the first signs of aging – thinning of your beautiful skin and fine lines.

1. Avoid excess exposure to sun:

2. Drink lots of water:

To stay hydrated it is advised to drink lots of water. As insufficient hydration is the second reason behind excessive wrinkles.

3. Quit smoking:

Smoking is not only injurious to health but it even causes premature aging of the skin by reducing the blood supply and nourishment to skin. It even makes your skin lose elasticity and moisture. So the first thing you need to do is quit smoking.

4. Get sufficient sleep:

When you doesn’t get enough sleep then your body produces excess cortisol – a hormone which breaks down skin cells. So it is advised to get enough rest and you’ll produce more HGH (human growth hormone) that helps the skin remain thick, elastic and reduce to wrinkle.

5. Eat healthy food:

Well you even have to consume a lot of vitamins which comes from fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables that are all effective anti-ageing foods as it have amount of anti-oxidants packed in it.
