So, it is always suggested to have a cup of coffee everyday to avoid skin cancer disease.
  • Tuna: Tuna and any omnega-3 rich fish like sardines and salmon may help keep your skin looking youthful and can also prevent skin cancer. EPA, which is one of the omega-3 fats in fatty fish has been shown to preserve collagen. It is a fibrous protein that keeps skin firm and glowing. When EPA is combined with the omega-3 rich food then DHA helps to prevent skin aging.
